Fuel Injection Service
We have been rebuilding gasoline fuel injectors since 1995. We bought our 1st ASNU ultra sonic flow bench and rebuilding equipment over 14 years ago. Since that time we have rebuilt 1000’s of fuel injectors. There are many advantages to having off the car injection service done.
We service both throttle body and multi-port type injectors side and top feed designs. We have a large inventory of injector seals, filter baskets, and replacement parts including new fuel injectors if needed. Clean and balanced injectors save on fuel costs and engine repairs. Clean injectors will help you pass emissions, and keep your car running better. A set of injectors not all delivering the same amount of fuel to each cylinder can cause drivability problems and a lean or rich condition damaging the catalytic converter and or pistons and valves. We offer 1 day turnaround on rebuilding your next set of injectors. Prices for our services start at $24.95 per injector in sets for most top feed styles and includes injector electrical coil ohms and peak load testing, flow and fuel spray testing, seals and filter replacement, pressure testing, ultrasonic cleaning, and match flow testing with a written before and after test report for carry out injectors being rebuilt. Testing only will run $12.00 per injector, while rebuilding side feed and TBI injectors cost $34.95 each. It is a very good idea to have your injectors cleaned when you have your cylinder heads serviced or any major engine repair done and the injectors are off the vehicle. Save the additional expense of later removing them or trying to clean them on the car. Ultra Sonic cleaning is the way to go.
